Project Responsibilities/Experience

§  Responsible for the site survey, design, project management, verification and service of heating, ventilating and air conditioning and control systems for commercial and industrial projects.  Involved in all phases of the design and construction process, including site survey, scope development, schematics phase, design development, construction, verification and mechanical equipment service.

§  Site Survey responsibilities included compiling equipment, equipment usage and equipment condition reports, compiling energy usage index and bench marking site.

§  Design responsibilities included heat loss/heat gain calculations, energy analysis/life cycle analysis/payback analysis, and code compliance, scope of work development, researching of new and improved products, CADD drafting, and management of projects.

§  Construction responsibilities included management of design build construction projects and service staff.

§  Post-construction responsibilities include Measurement and Verification of Energy Savings Projects and Management of Service personnel.
